Latonya Brumfield is a nurse educator, critical care nurse, speaker, and consultant. Her work brings nursing practice and professional learning together, with a focus on leadership, inclusion, and the relationships that shape healthcare teams.
She helps nurses recognize their influence, communicate with confidence, and approach professional challenges with clarity and purpose. Her speaking and educational work explores informal leadership, neurodiversity, bias, belonging, and healthy team culture.
At the center of that work is a simple belief: leadership grows through the choices we make, the example we set, and the way we support others.
